MEDITATION
Offered each semester at various times, these sessions provide a chance to slow down and hone techniques for living in the present. Here you learn to rest your mind on an object, recognize and let go of thoughts, and cultivate a warm, open heart towards yourself and others.

YOGA
We offer yoga sessions three times per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 9.00-10.30 am.
In order to attend the yoga session, a registration per telephone / whatsapp is necessary (+856 20 76 184 544).


CULTURAL SESSION
Learn more about the Lao culture, customs and history, and traditional ways of behaving or doing things in a Buddhist country. This highly interactive and entertaining workshop also covers the typically Lao Buddhistic way of preparing traditional dresses.
