MEDITATION
Offered each semester at various times, these sessions provide a chance to slow down and hone techniques for living in the present. Here you learn to rest your mind on an object, recognize and let go of thoughts, and cultivate a warm, open heart towards yourself and others.

YOGA
We offer yoga sessions twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursday from 8.30-9.30 am.
„I follow mostly the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and his Yoga Integral. Every little activity, like eating a meal, can be Yoga when it’s eaten in full consciousness. I believe that Yoga is within me and it continues working every second, and not only at my physical practice I do every day. What I teach is mostly different breathing technics, small meditations and a dynamic Vinyasa/Ashtanga practice. When I was 17 I started my own Yoga journey and today everybody who wants to jump with me on the train, can come and enjoy the ride alongside with me!“
